Shipping and Returns

No refunds or exchanges after 30 days. 15% restocking charge on all returned merchandise.
30 day warranty on replacement parts
Products are sold only with such warranty as may be extended by the manufacture of the product.
Buyer is responsible for installation and use in accordance with manufactures instructions.
Prices and warranty are FOB Cavite, Philippines.
Customers who refuse or do not accept orders are liable for the shipping and handling charges.

For shipped orders, the customer is responsible for noting shortages or damage on the receiving ticket from the carrier. This is necessary in order to file a damage or shortage claim with the freight company.
Shipping Warranty: If PTGC chooses the carrier, then PTGC is responsible for the shipping until the shipment is delivered to the customer. If the customer chooses the carrier, then PTGC responsibility ends when the shipment is delivered to the carrier in Cavite, Philippines
